Published 2 times a years.</p> Institut Ilmu Kesehatan STRADA Indonesia en-US STRADA Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan 2252-3847 Differences in the Effectiveness of Hypnocircumcision and Free Needle Anesthesia on Children's Pain Levels During the Circumcision Process <p>This study aimed to compare the level of pain in children during the circumcision process between the hypnosis method and free needle anesthesia (anesthesia without a needle). <br>In the implementation of this study, the respondents (children) were divided into two groups, namely the group of children who were hypnotized and the group of children who used free needle anesthesia (anesthesia without a needle). researchers ranging from children aged 7-15 years), after which the data will be analyzed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in pain levels with the hypnosis method and the neddle injection method with a sig value of 0.00 &lt; 0.05 (Mann-Whitney U test). From the results of this study it was also found that hypnosis was more effective in overcoming pain in children during the circumcision process. The population in this study were all cadres of Posyandu under five in the working area of ​​the Pesantren II Public Health Center, Pakunden Village, Kediri City, which amounted to 47 people. The number of respondents as many as 38 people were selected randomly using simple random sampling. Data analysis used paired t test. The results of the study showed that the mean value of knowledge before was 6.37 and after 7.42. Data obtained from the database includes pubmed, DOAJ, proquest and google scholar with the keywords cardiac rehabilitation, acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmia, acute myocardial infarction, mobilization, six minute walk test and physical exercise. The study results obtained were 8 articles that match the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study found that implementation of phase I cardiac rehabilitation in patients with CHD accompanied by dysrhythmias/arrhythmias can be recommended for rehabilitation after 12 hours post attack. This study uses a systematic review approach by collecting several articles from a selected database consisting of ScienceDirect and ProQuest and Pubmed with articles published in 2014-2021. Article searches were conducted by entering the keywords "Ice Compress OR Ice bag AND Pain OR Swelling AND Fracture". Article search was limited to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria in this study were diabetic patients with fracture. The purpose of this study was to collect appropriate types of therapy for wound care in diabetic foot ulcer patients. This study uses a systematic review approach. Article search was limited to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria in this study were diabetic patients with diabetic foot ulcers. The conclusion in this study is that honey is very effective for wound healing in diabetic foot ulcer patients, although there are several methods that are quite effective besides honey, namely the Vacuum Closing package (negative pressure wound care).
